Instead of skipping your breakfast, sip on this filling Papaya & Banana breakfast smoothie that will satisfy you until lunchtime!
1 Cup sliced papaya (better if frozen)
1 Cup fat free milk (Fat Free, Almond or Coconut milk)
1/4 Sliced banana (better if frozen)
2 Tablespoons flax seeds
3 Tablespoons of plain greek yogurt
Place all the ingredients into a blender (or use a hand blender) and process the mixture until smooth.
