Seeing that last week was all about meal planning I thought that this week I would share a few of my favourite recipes and foods with you. When I put together these mini recipe books I tried to keep it as simple as possible. I prefer eating easy and quick meals so most of the recipes will consist of those type of meals. When it comes to lunch and dinner I am always stuck on deciding what to make. Like all my other meals I want my lunch and dinner to be quick, easy and off course healthy.
