I have become such a huge fan of green smoothies and this one is really delicious and packed full of iron. Iron is a very important mineral that you require in your body to help with achieving healthy blood, distributing oxygen to your body and energy production.
I have been struggling for many years with not having enough iron in my body and quite honestly I get tired of all the supplements, so an easier and more delicious way to boost your iron levels are with green smoothies! Here is how you can create this delicious Iron Rich Green Smoothie:
1 cup of Spinach
1/2 cup of Celery
1/2 cup of Water
Place all the ingredients into a blender (or use a hand blender) and process the mixture until smooth.
