I have really become a huge fan of green smoothies and I’m having so much fun experimenting with all these different recipes. Today’s green smoothie contains two of my favourite things: Mango and Spinach.
I find green smoothies so nice and refreshing to drink when I get up in the in mornings and this smoothie is delightfully filling and the mango & banana combination gives it such a nice sweet taste.
1 Cup of mango
1/2 Cup of mango juice
1 Cup of spinach
Place all the ingredients into a blender (or use a hand blender) and process the mixture until smooth.
