Banana and Peanut Butter is the perfect combination for a great protein smoothie and this smoothie is packed full of protein rich ingredients that will give you that extra kick in your day and is perfect to drink before a workout.
Here is the recipe to my favourite super delicious and easy protein smoothie:
4 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 Cup of cold milk
Place all the ingredients into a blender (or use a hand blender) and process the mixture until smooth.
