I have been so excited for summer to be here so that I can make some mango smoothies. Mango is one of my favourite fruits and it’s absolutely delicious in smoothies. Here is how you can make your own Mango & Banana Smoothie.
This is really such an easy recipe and it’s perfect for summer. This recipe also uses very little ingredients which makes it delicious and cost effective.
1 cup of mango
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1/4 cup of cold milk
Place all the ingredients into a blender (or use a hand blender) and process the mixture until smooth.
